For the fifth year, he has been working as a Supply Chain and Kanban Professional at Manufactus GmbH, primarily as a consultant optimizing logistics flows in production, purchasing and distribution. He has 20 years of practical experience in operational logistics and many successful projects focused primarily on optimization and paperless management of logistics flows. He lectures at Czech and foreign universities ŠKODA AUTO University, HTW Dresden, Hof University. She is the co-author of a number of scientific publications in the field of Supply Chain Management and Systems Thinking.
