Czech industrial parks are among the most sustainable in Europe. Tomáš Kubín has a role to play in ensuring that construction in the CEE & WE region reflects new technologies and is sustainable in the long term.

He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, with a one-year break at Herriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. He has been gathering experience in the field of construction and development for almost two decades. He started as a technician and later a project manager at the largest construction companies in the Czech Republic. In 2008, he joined P3 Logistic Parks as a project manager. He soon rose to the position of head of the construction department at this European industrial real estate developer, and as P3 continued to grow, so have his experience and competencies. In the last two years, he has been in charge of the entire CEE & WE region.

He is primarily responsible for the implementation of new projects. Tomáš’s main asset is his ability to look to the future and predict how the segment, clients’ needs, and key warehouse specifications will develop so as to achieve the best possible long-term outcomes. What he likes about his work is that something concrete is created from his projects. Although it might seem that there is nothing attractive about industrial buildings, a closer look reveals endless possibilities of their use. Heating the hall with waste heat from freezers or a deep well from the ground – these are exactly the challenges that interest him.
