Stanislav Martínek, Nestlé

Stanislav Martínek has worked for many years in management positions in the field of supply chain at Nestlé Česko. During his career, he has gained a lot of experience in supply chain management – from purchasing, planning, customer service to physical logistics. Recently, he has been coordinating Nestlé logistics at the level of the entire CEE with a focus on the optimization of the distribution network, the management of logistics service suppliers, standardization, and the simplification of logistics processes. Within this area, he also works with his team on projects focused on sustainability and reducing carbon emissions. During his career, he has participated in a number of major changes (change management) – both internally (integration within Nestlé, information system changes, organizational changes) and externally (optimal selection of logistics partner, distribution center location strategy). He graduated from CTU, majoring in mathematical engineering.
