Senta Čermáková is a manager, innovator and educator. As the Director of International Operations and a member of the Czechitas Board of Directors, she is dedicated to the development of digital and AI skills in the Czech Republic and abroad and trains leaders to manage digital transformation projects. She graduated in biocybernetics at the Czech Technical University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Prague, and during her 30-year career she has worked in roles such as chief innovation officer at Deloitte for the Czech Republic and Central Europe or in the management of Hewlett Packard in Silicon Valley. In 2011, she became the first woman to be awarded the title of Business Person of the Year. She is the co-founder of inspiruj.se, an educational startup that offers programs in generative AI and leadership for individuals and companies. She lectures on the future of technology at the CEMS University of Economics in Prague and NYU Stern School of Business. He is an active speaker at conferences (TEDx, SXSW, AI Zahžeh) and mentors young technology leaders. She believes in technology that has social and economic impact and is passionate about supporting technology education and the development of open, sustainable and ethical innovation ecosystems.
