Polina Kosharna is the chair of the board and co-owner of Suziria Group, a family-owned company based in Ukraine specializing in the production, distribution and sale of pet products. Polina is an expert in company management and strategic management. For more than 20 years, together with her family and team, she has been actively contributing to the development of the pet-care industry in Ukraine. Polina has a Ph.D. in strategic marketing and completed the Swedish-Ukraine Develop Your Business (DYB) project and the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy (UCGA). She is a member of the Family Business Network (FBN) and is active in working groups in her field. In the latest issue of Forbes magazine, Polina is listed among the 50 most influential women in business in Ukraine.
