Petr Sodomka, Vitesco Technologies

Petr Sodomka works as the head of supply chain management at Vitesco Technologies Czech Republic in the Trutnov plant. He joined the company, a traditional tier 1 supplier within the automotive industry, in 2018. The Trutnov plant produces, for example, fuel pumps, turbochargers, nitrogen oxide sensors, actuators, recirculation valves, etc. Before joining Vitesco, Petr worked for 15 years at Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech (now only Toyota). During his time there, he passed through several departments, mostly in managerial positions. In addition to logistics, he also worked in the HR department or production management. His first work experience was at Witte Automotive, where he worked for three years as a logistics manager. He has worked for a total of 24 years in the automotive industry, of which 13 years have been in logistics, which of all areas is probably closest to his heart.
