Petr Fencl, NOPEK

Petr Fencl graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Brno University of Technology and then joined the newly established bakery company NOPEK in 1993. After getting to know individual positions in the bakery in Svitavy, he worked as a bakery manager in Hořice. After two years, he returned to his hometown of Vysoké Mýto, the headquarters of the company, where he currently works as a member of senior management in the position of technical director. At the same time, he is a member of the company’s supervisory board and is a management representative for QMS. In the company, he is responsible for taking care of the infrastructure of all establishments, for the selection and purchase of machines and equipment, and for the implementation of a wide range of repairs. He likes perfect and reliable technology (such as space, which he admires as a fan of the history of space and thematic philatelist) used in production and storage at NOPEK.
