Peter Jánoši, P3 Logistic Parks

Peter Janosi serves as Managing Director for P3 Logistic Parks in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He joined P3 in April 2012 to lead the company’s operations in Slovakia and, in 2022, was appointed to also oversee the Czech business. In this dual capacity, he is responsible for driving the strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational excellence of P3’s assets in two of the company’s key Central European markets.  Prior to joining P3, Mr. Janosi held the position of Head of Industrial at CBRE Slovakia, where he led advisory services for major industrial occupiers and investors. His professional background spans over 20 years in the industrial real estate sector, with deep expertise in leasing, development, and asset management.  Mr. Janosi holds a Master’s degree in Law from Masaryk University in Brno. He is recognized for his disciplined leadership, commercial acumen, and deep knowledge of regional logistics markets. Under his stewardship, P3 continues to strengthen its position as a long-term investor and developer of high-quality, sustainable logistics assets across Europe.
