Michal Pavlorek has been working as the head of e-business at eD’ system for almost 10 years. During that time, he implemented a number of logistics projects, culminating in the full integration of the logistics of the leading IT distributor for Central Europe to Ostrava. For more than 20 years, he has been focusing on e-commerce and logistics, as an integral part of a company’s successful business strategy – all using “hard data”. He draws inspiration not only from the implementation of information systems and projects in the field of logistics, but also pharmaceuticals, which is specific and inspiring with its strict processes, as well as from the automotive industry, which has been a leader in supply-chain integration.
