Michal Mikulášek lived, studied business and ran a real estate business in Sydney, Australia, and after returning to the Czech Republic in 2019, he founded Prodator. In 6 years, they have filled +3,000 people in 12 countries in Europe for more, mainly for shortage positions like truck driver, mechanic, adjuster, or even electrician. They have developed their own method, for which they have a trademark, which can provide local candidates and at 1/3 the cost than recruitment agencies. This method has been used by over 500 companies such as CEVA, HOPI, Amsterdam Airport, Menzies, Amazon and even Renocar and Mercedes.
