Martin Báča, Continental Automotive

At Continental Automotive in Brandýs nad Labem, he is responsible for material flows in four production plants. He has worked in various areas of supply chain and logistics for more than 20 years. A pragmatic approach and a system of gradual improvement are approaches that have always brought him results, e.g. in distribution centre management, 3PL logistics solutions or the optimisation of reverse logistics or the supply chain in the automotive industry. When introducing modern technology and automation, he looks for the most effective ways in the context of the entire chain. At Continental, he is part of the team that has been awarded the Global Lighthouse Network by the World Economic Forum (WEF).
