Marie Barthélémy, LPR – La Palette Rouge

Marie Barthélémy has been the SHEQ and sustainability manager Europe at LPR – La Palette Rouge since January 2023. In this role, she is responsible for the implementation of the European sustainability strategy and road map (ISO 26000), compliance with forthcoming sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, CSDD), sustainability and ESG reporting, management of sustainability action plans, carbon-footprint monitoring, sustainability awareness (she is a certified Climate Fresk facilitator), and adhering to PEFC standards. Prior to joining LPR, she worked for 10 years in QHSE and sustainability for companies in various industrial sectors (VINCI, bioMerieux, GasLog). Aside from sustainability, she has broad expertise in QSE, namely the implementation of management systems compliant with international QSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 31000). She holds a master’s degree in sustainability from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis and another master’s degree in QHSE from the CESI Engineering School in Lyon. She wrote her professional thesis on risk management and is an international quality certified auditor (IRCA).
