Juraj Bendík gained experience in his previous management role at a leading global fastening company. He is a trained foreign trade economist and at his previous company he got to know the beauties of logistics, which he tries to develop to this day. After ten years, Juraj decided to move on professionally and accepted an offer from Kaufland. Industrial product logistics and food logistics are not the same, but the basics and principles are similar. Juraj likes to take on new challenges, which enjoys because they push him further. He started at Kaufland at the Ilava distribution center, where he got to know everything about food logistics. After a year, he moved to Olomouc, which is one of the company’s two Czech distribution centers. He took over the management here, and after a year he took over the management of logistics at Kaufland in 2012. After a short period of time, his in-house influence was extended to the entire supply chain area, where the synergistic effects already took on a new dimension. Juraj is happy to work for a company that is a leader in its field not only on the Czech but also on the European market. He highly appreciates an excellent, fair team, open cooperation leading to its strength and stability. Every year, Kaufland develops, innovates and constantly strives for a modern direction in all areas of operation. The investments made in recent years in the automation of logistics and sophisticated solutions for product flows only testify to this, and all of this personally energizes Juraj.
