Jiří Kristek is a partner with Cushman & Wakefield and has more than 23 years of experience. He joined the company in 2000 and was promoted to partner in 2010. His main responsibility is the management of the department of industrial real estate and shopping parks and related consulting services, representing developers and lessors of industrial real estate and shopping parks, and representing tenants from a wide range of sectors in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2020, he was appointed head of the industrial real estate and shopping parks department.
Jiří participated in a number of projects (approx. 700,000 m2 of leasing transactions and approx. 3,500,000 m2 of land sales) and built the first department in the Czech Republic dealing with this type of retail space – the department of shopping parks. Among the main clients he has acquired and with whom he has built long-term partnerships are the following retail companies: Tesco, IKEA, Hornbach, Albert CR, Baumax, XXXLutz, AIG/Lincoln, CBRE Global Investors, CPI, P3, VGP, CTP, Pradera, Conseq, Panattoni, Prologis, Mint Investment, TREI, ING, Contera, Fidurock and many more.
