Jaroslava Rezlerová, ManpowerGroup

Mgr. Jaroslava Rezlerová has been the CEO of ManpowerGroup, the largest recruitment company in the Czech Republic with a turnover of CZK 4 billion, since 2001. ManpowerGroup finds work for 24,000 people every year through 35 branches. She is also a founding member and president of the Association of Personnel Service Providers – APPS, an association of the largest recruitment agencies. The association is significantly involved in changing labor law legislation towards greater openness and flexibility and seeks to create conditions for the successful development of a stable labor market. She is the vice-president of the People Management Forum – a professional non-profit organization for human resources, which brings together the largest team of professionals in the field of human resources in the Czech Republic. Since 2018, she has been a member of the board of the American Chamber of Commerce.
