Jaroslav Skoták

Jaroslav Skoták has been involved in purchasing and logistics since 1998, and since 2010 as an interim manager. In warehouse logistics, he solves revenue, in warehouse and forwarding logistics in e-commerce, retail and production. In transport logistics, he deals with truck transport, pallet, container and fuel transport (ADR). The most important logistics projects that are for official publication include the logistics model for primary and secondary production in pharmacy (Zentiva), the setting up of semi-automatic purchasing and logistics models in the Lobkowicz brewery group, the creation and setting up of reverse logistics for Mall.cz, and many others. He is a member of several chambers and associations, such as the Logistics Managers Club, CAPL (Czech Association of Purchasing and Logistics Workers), CAIM (Czech Association of Interim Management) and others.
