Jaroslav Koláček, Penny Market

Jaroslav Koláček has been with Penny since 2012 and has headed the in-store standards coordination department since 2014, including ensuring ISO 22,000 and IFS Logistics standards. As part of sustainability coordination, he focuses on projects primarily in the area of food waste and animal welfare. He previously worked at the University of Chemical Technology, where he participated in the research of biodegradable materials. He graduated from the University of Chemical Technology in Prague, Faculty of Food and Biochemical Technology.
