Jan Maroušek has been working for six years as a supply chain project manager at Dr. Max. He has more than 15 years of experience in logistics with an emphasis on intralogistics and automation, he acquired knowledge not only in the pharmaceutical industry, but also in FMCG or automotive. In his career, he worked, for example, for the companies Škoda Auto and DHL. He managed several projects of large automated warehouses from the initial design of solutions to the stabilization of operations.
