Jakub Kodr, CTP

Jakub Kodr is the managing director and commercial director for the Czech Republic at CTP, which is the number one developer on the European market for industrial-logistics parks. Due to his abilities and broad knowledge of the real estate industry, he moved to one of the key positions of the developer shortly after joining the company in 2017. He has now held the leading position for three years. His alma mater is the University of Economics (VŠE) in Prague. He also holds a prestigious MBA in real estate and is a qualified member of MRICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
