BERT HESSELINK, CTP
Director of Research
In his position as Director of Research and Data Management at CTP, Bert Hesselink is responsible for identifying and translating trends and rapidly changing user needs into business opportunities to develop better commercial space in sought-after locations in Europe, with a focus on the CEE region. In addition to his role in CTP Invest, he also lectures at the University of Economics in Prague, on the MBA program in real estate and their valuation. He is the chairman of the Real Estate Council of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic. Originally from the Netherlands, Bert has lived in the Czech Republic since 2004 and operates in the Czech commercial real estate market.
