Martin Jánský studied management and economics at the Technical University in Liberec. Previously, he worked at ManpowerGroup as an operations director. He has been working at Randstad since 2020. Here he led teams at branches and at clients in several locations in the Czech Republic. He became the managing director of Randstad Czech Republic on September 1, 2022.
