After his studies, Tomáš Pajonk started working on software projects related to traffic tasks “vehicle routing problem” for the then-British company MapMechanics, where he first developed an algorithm for dynamic planning of drug delivery routes for seniors. In 2009, he founded the Czech software company SolverTech and is currently its managing partner and co-owner. Together with the co-founder, they started working on the development of the Tasha desktop dispatch application. His intention was to use mathematics to create a simple but at the same time complex program that can handle even more complex conditions of transport logistics, which will be available not only for large companies. The biggest success was the establishment of cooperation with the Rohlík.cz service in 2016, with which they developed unique software for “continuous delivery”. Today, this software plans deliveries in all countries where Rohlík operates.
